These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aresbet ("aresbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aresbet online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at aresbet.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the aresbet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity, and you are using the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aresbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the aresbet Platform or had your account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

aresbet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at aresbet's sole discretion. We take underage gambling seriously and cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation related to age verification.

To access the full features of the aresbet Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You will maintain only one (1) account on the aresbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You will notify aresbet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

aresbet reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms. Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed, and aresbet may request supporting documents including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

aresbet supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your aresbet account are credited for the purpose of gameplay only. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. aresbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. aresbet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Fraud Prevention: aresbet employs fraud detection measures on all financial transactions. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

aresbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended.

aresbet may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. aresbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the cancellation of the existing bonus.

All games available on the aresbet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• aresbet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aresbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. aresbet's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. Once a game round has commenced, bets cannot be cancelled or modified except where the game rules expressly permit it.
• aresbet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including but not limited to cases of software error, collusion, or cheating.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. aresbet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aresbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward aresbet staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aresbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aresbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

The aresbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aresbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aresbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aresbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or for any other reason that aresbet deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform and its players.

You may close your account at any time by contacting aresbet's customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.

aresbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aresbet will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the aresbet Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to aresbet's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent aresbet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
